TERMS & CONDITIONS

​By using our services you have agreed to the following policies:

​

  • ​Billing: Customers will be charged the full estimate when they make the booking online. Once the trip is complete, adjustments will be made according to any parking, tolls, meet & greet, waiting time, etc. The difference will be charged to the original payment method used by the customer at the time of reservation.

​

  • Car Seat: Car seats will be provided upon request but the customer will be charged an extra $30. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect and use the car seat in a safe and legal manner.

​

  • Cleaning: All vehicles are inspected and maintained before every trip for cleanliness. For any cleaning that is required because of the customer or their pets, a charge of $50-$300 will be billed to the original payment method used by the customer at the time of reservation.

​

  • Damages: All vehicles are inspected and maintained before every trip. Any damages caused, either directly or indirectly, by the customer or their pets, will be evaluated by a professional and the customer will be billed appropriately. This does not include vehicle collisions/traffic accidents.

​

  • ​Drugs & Alcohol: Use of illicit drugs and alcohol during a trip is expressly forbidden.

​

  • Lost Items: It is the customer's responsibility to double check the vehicle upon exit. Please feel free to contact us if you suspect you lost an item in the car immediately and we will try our best to recover your belongings.

​

  • Miscellaneous: Audio and video recording may be used for all trips. If there are any pets, please make that aware to us at the time of reservation. Animals will need to be caged for the entirety of the trip.

​

  • Overages & Wait Times: For airport pickups a grace period of 30 minutes is given for domestic flights and 1 hour for international flights before waiting time begins to be charged. For all other pickups, there will be a 20 minute grace period before waiting time begins to be charged. For overages, if the final destination is within 1 mile of the first destination, there will be no penalty. If the distance exceeds 1 mile, a new reservation will be made and the customer will be charged accordingly. The hourly rate charged will also be different based upon the type of vehicle requested.

  • Passenger Behavior: The driver will obey all traffic laws and cannot be forced to speed or engage in other reckless driving habits. The customer and driver are both expected to be polite and courteous to maintain a positive and safe environment.

​

  • Pick-up/Drop-off Locations: The customer can specify any specific pick-up/drop-off points they would like. If for some reason that is not possible, the driver will use their best judgement according to the situation to ensure safety for all parties.

​

  • Seating Capacity: SUV's can seat up to 7 people and sedans can seat up to 4 people.

​

  • Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the vehicle.

​

  • Trip Updates: Trip updates will be given by text message/email when the trip status is updated. Messages and data rates may apply.

​

For hourly trips:

​

  • ​​There is a minimum charge for 2 hours. This means all trips that last 2 hours and under will be charged at the same rate.​

​

For the 4 hour reservation policy:

​

  • Pickups must only be in the 5 boroughs or 3 major airports (JFK, LGA, EWR) to be applicable.

  • External factors such as weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control may void this guarantee.

​

All sprinters and buses:

​

  • Must be ordered at least 24 hours in advance of the pickup.

  • Same minimum charge as hourly trips applies.
